We Do It All! We will meet with you at your home in order to get your ideas and physically see how they may work in a design.  Plans will be drawn and specifications will be made to describe the details in the construction.  Airport Lumber House Mart will be your General Contractor and will coordinate all foundation work, rough frame, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, insulation, plaster or other interior finish, floor covering and any type of interior amenity like a fireplace or wet bar.  We give an exact price for work done and work off of allowances for items you may want to select.
Types of Additions We have designed and built sunrooms, master bedroom suites with full baths which include whirlpools and showers and usually a walk-in closet, family rooms, kitchen expansions, garages, breezeways, etc.  From the simplest design to the most detailed we can build it for you.  Financing will be arranged to make your monthly payment easy.		Baths The bathroom is the most used room in the house.  Special attention should be taken in the design to make it durable, user friendly, attractive and affordable. Kitchens Our cabinet line has solid wood panel doors and wood dove tailed drawers.  Those that have many years' experience do the designs.  We can put together an installed kitchen that is hard to beat.
