We certainly enjoyed the experience of building our home with P&W
Builders. We looked at many homes under construction, and we were most
impressed with the quality of materials used by P&W. Our salesman
helped us to design the perfect home for us, and he helped make the
construction of our home a great event from start to finish.

We built our first P&W home in 1990. We were so happy with it that we
called them back to build this one. We appreciate the quality of
building material used and felt very comfortable with the years of

We looked at the Autumn Ridge Models and started making changes to our
liking. We made subtle changes the floor plan and created more open
space. Each board was individually cut and nailed creating a solid
built custom design home. Our experience with P&W has been wonderful
and we received quality for what we paid.

We
chose P&W Builders for several reasons. The most important
to us was that when we met with P&W, they were willing to listen
to our concerns about building a new home. We were looking
for something special, and we had found a picture of what we
wanted our new home to look like. After several attempts,
P&W had come up with the house of our dreams, (so we thought.)
During the building phase, everyone had suggestions for changes we
should make to our dream home. Some of those suggestions
were great ideas, and with some phone calls to P&W Builders and
some careful planning, our dream home became more than we ever
imagined it could. We are very pleased with our new dream
home, and we have peace of mind knowing that we have an excellent
built home that will last for many years to come.

Our
house was the first to be built in Whitehurst Cliffs eight years ago.
Would it really develop? Develop it did! We sketched out our own
plans, and then the folks at P&W Builders made it work. Our closeness
to nature, peace and quiet pleases us. We are only 15 minutes from
the airport and 20 minutes from Peoria appointments. And our church
groups enjoy using the beach house. A great choice for us!

When we
decided to build our home, we had heard many of the horror stories
about planning on your budget being 20-30% higher than the original
starting cost. Just like most couples building a home, we had many
design changes along the way. The carpenters with P&W Builders
actually suggested a floor plan change that gave us an additional 600
square feet of living space for very little added cost. Our overall
price was within 3% of the estimated initial cost. The P&W home
building experience was enjoyable.

We
moved into our new home in December, 2001. We chose P&W Builders for
a couple of reasons. We know people whose home was built by P&W and
they are well satisfied. Secondly, we've had realtors tell us that
P&W builds quality homes. We would recommend P&W because we found out
firsthand that they do build quality homes. As first-time builders,
we found them to be most helpful as we went through the entire
process.

We moved
into our new home in June, 2001. We chose P&W because they're quality
builders and we were very impressed with their integrity. Everyone
was absolutely wonderful to us from the very beginning to the time we
moved in. We have recommended P&W to others and have a friend who
built a house on the other end of the lake. We recommended P&W
because of the quality of the homes they build. They do not skimp on
