P&W Builders has been known as a Quality Home Builder since 1954. From the beginning of our home building business we have operated as a “General Contractor”. We have our own employed work force, but we also employ others that bring their expertise in to construct your home. You’ve probably heard the term, “Jack of all Trades, but Expert in None.” As a Builder,s we Build, but we seek out the skills of others like Electricians, Plumbers, Heating & Cooling Contractors, Excavators, and others that are experts in their scope of work. These professionals employed by us would be considered “Sub Contractors”, working under the supervision and guide lines of the “General Contractor” P&W Builders and also within the limits of Building Codes. Our “Sub Contractors” we consider as Expert Partners in their field of work to bring you the highest level of quality we can offer in building your Home.
